However, for F1 visa waiver plan, Tigerless promises 100% refund or cancellation only if the Tigerless Plan purchased does not meet the school insurance requirements. A letter from school with detailed explanation of denial must be received by Tigerless within 30 days of the coverage purchase date. For OPT and H1B plan, it is non-refundable. Processing fee is non-refundable.
