Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in enterprise product training, learn various types of American medical insurance products and company information

• Responsible for customer development of insurance products and providing insurance products and services accurately based on different customer needs

• Manage and maintain customer relationships, solve existing and potential customer problems through WeChat and phone

• Understand the insurance plan-related issues, and maintain long-term and effective communication with the insurance companies

• Participate in market research, collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve product and service quality

• Work with the operation team to implement marketing plans, improve marketing service satisfaction rate

• Conduct industry research to understand health insurance market dynamics

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, customer service experience is preferred

• Interested in the American medical industry, willing to learn the laws and regulations in the field of finance and insurance

• Strong learning ability, be able to quickly understand the company's products and tap the potential needs of customers

• Careful and diligent, a strong sense of responsibility, have a strong sense of service and team spirit

• Good at critical thinking, have excellent communication skills and independent problem-solving skills

• Strong execution skill and the ability to work under pressure
