NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES (HIPAA)

Tigerless Health, Inc. ("Tigerless," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed health and property & casualty insurance agency. In the course of providing our services, we may receive or come into contact with information that constitutes Protected Health Information ("PHI") under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA").

In most cases, Tigerless is not a healthcare provider or health plan and is generally not a "covered entity" under HIPAA. However, when we receive or handle PHI in connection with our services, we are committed to protecting such information in accordance with applicable privacy and security standards.

This Notice describes how we may use and disclose your health information and explains your rights under applicable law.

To insurance carriers and their authorized representatives as necessary to provide quotes, facilitate enrollment, or support administrative services related to your policy

We will obtain your authorization where required by law before using or disclosing your PHI for purposes outside of providing insurance-related services. You may revoke your authorization at any time in writing, subject to applicable legal limitations.

Limiting access to authorized personnel with a business need

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your Rights Regarding Your Health Information

Right to Request Amendment — Request that we amend inaccurate or incomplete information
